- 4 center-cut pork chops
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup chicken broth

- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 chicken bouillon cube
- 1/2 teaspoon each: onion powder, oregano, basil, parsley
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pound the pork chops to even thickness for tenderness.
- Season the chops with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Dredge each chop in flour.
