  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup flour (for dredging)
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/2 teaspoon each: onion powder, oregano, basil, parsley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pound the pork chops to even thickness for tenderness.
  2. Season the chops with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Dredge each chop in flour.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for 2–3 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove chops and deglaze the skillet with white wine, then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  6. Stir in butter and flour to create a roux, then gradually add chicken broth and heavy cream.
  7. Bring sauce to a boil before reducing to simmer; stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  8. Return the pork chops to the skillet, coating them with sauce, then serve garnished with fresh parsley.
