- 2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 pound sliced Swiss cheese
- 1 1/4 pounds sliced deli corned beef
- 1 can (14 ounces) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 2/3 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 egg white
Instructions

- Unroll one tube of crescent rolls; shape into a rectangle and press into a greased 13×9-inch baking dish. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix sauerkraut with Thousand Island dressing in a bowl.
- Layer half of the Swiss cheese on the baked crust, followed by corned beef, sauerkraut mixture, and remaining cheese.
- Shape second tube of crescent rolls into a rectangle; place over filling and brush with beaten egg white. Sprinkle caraway seeds on top.
