- 1 lb sausage (your choice), sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup asparagus, trimmed and cut

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Sear sausage until browned; set aside.
