Ingredients

For the Salmon Bites

  • pounds salmon fillets skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional, for extra heat

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

Make the Sauce:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth. Set aside.

Season the Salmon:

  • In a large bowl, toss the salmon pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne (if using) until well coated.

Air Fry the Salmon:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Place salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if needed.
  • Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and the edges are crispy.

Serve:

  • Transfer cooked salmon bites to a serving platter. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and serve any extra sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

Use fresh, skinless salmon for best texture.
Adjust sriracha to control spiciness.
To keep salmon crispy, only drizzle sauce just before serving.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Freeze cooked salmon bites for up to 2 months; reheat in the air fryer.
