- 1 18.3 oz box fudge brownie mix
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir with a wooden spoon until a soft dough forms.
Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough portions onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers still look slightly soft.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and place it on a wire cooling rack. Let cookies cool on the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to the wire rack to cool completely.
