- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 ½ cups chopped cooked chicken grilled, fried, or rotisserie
- ⅓ cup Caesar dressing add more to taste, if desired
- ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup homemade or store-bought croutons
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 4 10-inch flour tortillas or wraps
Prepare the Salad Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, chopped chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
Toss well using tongs to coat everything evenly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and adjust the dressing as needed. Set aside.
Warm the Tortillas
In a large skillet, heat each tortilla over medium heat for 15 to 30 seconds per side until pliable. Transfer to a plate and cover with a kitchen towel to keep warm.
Alternatively, warm the tortillas in the microwave between paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds.
Assemble the Wraps
Lay a tortilla on a clean surface. Place ¼ of the Caesar salad mixture in the center.
Fold in the opposite sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly burrito-style. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
These wraps are best enjoyed fresh on the day they are made.
Meal Prep Tip: Chop the lettuce, cook the chicken, and make the croutons ahead of time for quick assembly.
For extra flavor, add crispy bacon, avocado slices, or diced tomatoes.
