- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion diced
- 1 stalk celery diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 medium potatoes peeled and diced
- 5 cups beef broth
- 1 can 15 ounces diced tomatoes, with juice
- 1 can 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables corn, green beans, and carrots mix
Brown the Beef and Aromatics
In a medium-sized soup or stock pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
