- 1 pound chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces

- Smoked paprika
- Red pepper flakes
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream or substitute half-and-half for a lighter version
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped

Sauté Onions and Garlic
