Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic chopped
  • 5 tablespoons butter cut into 1-tablespoon pads

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Place the beef stew meat in one half of the slow cooker and the potatoes in the other half.
  • Evenly season both with onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt.

Season and Add Butter:

  • Gently toss the beef side to evenly distribute the seasoning while keeping it separate from the potatoes.
  • Sprinkle the chopped garlic over everything, then place the butter pads on top.

Slow Cook:
